Join them in their mission to improve business processes, drive innovation, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.About the RoleSEQ are seeking an experienced Executive General Manager (EGM) of Digital, Technology & Information to lead Seqwater's digital transformation and technology strategies. This executive role will be critical in leveraging existing technology to support business goals, drive innovation, and improve customer service. Reporting directly to the CEO and part of the ELT team, the EGM will help shape the culture and lead the technology group to ensure Seqwater's systems and processes are secure, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. The role will oversee digital innovations, cybersecurity, and the overall management of technology resources.Key Responsibilities:Lead the strategic direction and execution of Seqwater's Digital, Technology & Information strategy.Oversee digital portfolios, including implementing cutting-edge technology while ensuring minimal disruption.Enhance Seqwater's cybersecurity capabilities, ensuring the safety of digital assets and systems.Foster a high-performance culture within the Digital, Technology & Information group, improving safety, customer experience, and operational efficiency.Collaborate with executive leadership in shaping corporate strategies and managing enterprise risks.About youVisionary Thinking: You will have a clear and compelling vision for the future and demonstrate experience anticipating market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements.
