Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership for the In-house Professional Services branch.Lead the Priority Projects, Design and Evaluation, and Data and Analytics units in the provision of internal consultancy services.The Executive Director, In-house Professional Services will provide leadership and authoritative advice to the branch, supporting evidence-informed decision-making and working in partnership with policy and program delivery areas to deliver departmental priorities, bringing advanced expertise in program evaluation and design, strategic and data analysis, governance, coordination, project management, and public policy.
Reporting to the Deputy Secretary, Economic Policy, Projects and Coordination Group, the Executive Director will lead the internal consultancy services for DJSIR.
The successful candidate will be an accomplished leader with extensive knowledge of Victorian Government's strategies, frameworks, guidelines, programs, and policies. Experience in an equivalent internal-to-government consulting function or management consulting experience is preferred.
