Job Summary: The Executive Co-ordinator for Compliance and Operations is a key executive role responsible for managing and overseeing essential operational and compliance functions within the school. This role requires advanced organisational skills, a strategic mindset, and the capacity to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion. The Executive Co-ordinator acts with authority on matters of school compliance and operations, ensuring these areas align with the school's mission and uphold its standards of excellence. This role fosters clear communication and cohesive alignment across all levels of the school and the wider community, supporting its faith-based mission and values.
Key Responsibilities: Operational and Compliance Leadership: Oversee NESA registration and compliance requirements, ensuring alignment with school standards and regulations, while effectively liaising with students and parents as required.Research, Development and Improvement Initiatives: Conduct high-level research directly for the Principal, producing clear and professional correspondence, reports, presentations, speeches and proposals.Event and Community Engagement: Co-ordinate logistics for school events, professional development, and community initiatives, supporting a connected school community.Support Initiatives and Collaboration: Assist in implementing school initiatives and programs, while working closely and collaboratively with administrative staff as needed to support the school's mission.Data Management: Maintain accurate records, including student and staff files, budgets and inventory. Assist in data analysis and reporting as required.Communication: Serve as a significant point of contact for internal and external communications. Draft and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents on behalf of the Principal.Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with school policies and regulations.Administrative Support: Encompassing a range of tasks and responsibilities designed to facilitate the efficient functioning of an organisation.Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in a similar executive role, preferably in an educational setting. Familiarity with school operations is beneficial.
Skills: Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in office software (e.g. MS Office).Ability to work collaboratively and independently.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to multi-task and set priorities.Genuine commitment to Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Saviour.
