Executive Chef – Indonesia We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef with strong Southeast Asian experience and a diverse culinary repertoire in European and Asian cuisines.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the culinary operations of a vibrant restaurant, lobby lounge, function and event facilities, and a cake shop in a prestigious setting in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the culinary operations across multiple outlets, including the restaurant, lobby lounge, function and event facilities, and cake shop.
Develop and execute innovative menus that blend Southeast Asian and European influences, showcasing creativity and quality.
Lead, train, and inspire a dynamic culinary team, maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation.
Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, cost control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Collaborate with the F&B team to deliver exceptional dining experiences across all venues.
Plan and execute special events, banquets, and functions, ensuring seamless culinary service.
The Offer: Salary: US$66,000 per annum, single status only.
