Reporting directly to the Supervisor – Primary Distribution, you will contribute to our Safe, Stable and Sustainable vision by:
Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with site health, environmental and community policies, systems and proceduresCompleting planned and breakdown maintenance of a wide range of Electrical and Instrumentation equipment (including high voltage repairs)Diagnosing and recommending repair methodsCompleting Hazardous Area and Gas System installation and maintenance workContinuously improving plant stability by identification and elimination of equipment failures and contributing to site safety cultureAbout you To be successfully considered for this role, you should have:
Demonstrated ability to safely work as an individual and within a team environmentCurrent Queensland Electrical Licence is essentialDemonstrated diagnostic fault finding and problem-solving skillsIndustrial High Voltage qualifications and experience is essentialExposure to Bailey DCS systems, hazardous area work is desirablePrevious work with VSD's, DCS logic, electronic relays and fault finding on complex circuits is highly regardedExperience with cathodic protection system repair and maintenance will be beneficial.Exposure to gas systems and PLC controlled systems would be advantageousA positive and motivated attitudeWhat's on offer We know there are many aspects of our employees' lives that are important, and work is only one of these, so we offer benefits to enable your work to fit with your life.
