Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at B & E Knight Pty Ltd & A J Knight Pty Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesMenu Planning and DevelopmentDevelop and implement new menu items, specials, and seasonal menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's vision.
Food Preparation and PresentationPrepare and cook food to the highest standards, ensuring that all dishes are presented in a visually appealing and appetizing manner.
Team ManagementLead and manage a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
Inventory ManagementOversee the inventory of food and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
Quality ControlMonitor and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene in the kitchen.
Customer ServiceEnsure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and preferences in a timely and professional manner.
RequirementsAustralian Qualifications of Certificate IV or Diploma in a relevant field.Minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior chef role.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.What We OfferA competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum.Superannuation benefits.A dynamic and supportive work environment.
