Job Description Manage the MD's calendarCoordinate internal and external meetings including board meetings, investor relations, and high-profile eventsArrange travel logistics for domestic and international travelManage all forms of communication for the MDOrganise and support board meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, board packs, catering, and refreshmentsTrack and follow up on key action items from meetingsBuild strong relationships with Board members and external stakeholdersMaintain the ASX announcements email list and update the company websitePrepare AGM announcements and presentationsCoordinate investor roadshows twice a yearOversee office managementOther ad-hoc administration duties The Successful Applicant Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior management within a corporate office is essentialExperience working in an ASX listed company is preferredStrong time management skillsStrong communication skillsAlignment on company valuesStrong relationship-building skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with Board meetings What's on Offer Strong career progressionIdeal working locationWeekly team building activitiesCompetitive salary package
