Role Overview: As the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the office, providing comprehensive administrative support, coordinating meetings, and handling sensitive information with discretion. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders. Manage correspondence and ensure timely responses to inquiries. Meeting Coordination: Organise and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports. Attend meetings as needed and take detailed minutes. Project Management: Assist with special projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved. Office Management: Oversee the smooth operation of the office, including managing existing staff and handling confidential information with discretion. Client Interaction: Maintain and build professional relationships with clients and partners, providing exceptional service and support as required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives and clients.
