The Responsibility Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Extensive diary management for the executive leadership team, including arranging meetings with a variety of stakeholders including external organisations, Board members, suppliers and clients; Inbox management actioning and delegating as required; Booking and scheduling travel, international and domestic; Coordinating business functions – lunches, dinners and events; Take responsibility for the office area, meeting room and general facilities; Maintain and order office and kitchen supplies; Processing purchase orders, invoices and expenses and; Coordinate activities related to building and equipment maintenance, including security access and IT set up; Other ad hoc duties as required.
The Expertise The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting at executive or director level.
We are open to candidates from various industries, but experience in a large, global, or fast-paced corporate environment is ideal, given the broad nature of this role.
We're looking for a naturally organised and detail-oriented individual who enjoys collaborating with a team and is excited by both EA and Office Manager duties.
