Your RoleAs an experienced Executive Assistant supporting the Chief Financial Officer, you will ensure seamless daily operations and enable the CFO to focus on strategic objectives. This dynamic role offers varied responsibilities, including managing senior stakeholder interactions, project management, and handling confidential information. The successful candidate will join a finance team of 60, where collaboration, learning, and professional development are key priorities.
Duties and Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for the CFO, managing calendars, inboxes, and correspondence.Organise and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and presentations.Coordinate quarterly town halls, finance leadership meetings, and departmental events.Arrange travel logistics for the CFO and finance team leaders.Support key projects by tracking progress, meeting deadlines, and ensuring follow-up actions.Assist the executive in identifying potential issues, proposing solutions, and making informed decisions by providing relevant information and context.Coordinate travel arrangements on behalf of the Executive including booking airfares, hotels, taxis/cars and preparation of travel itineraries.Skills and ExperienceThe ideal candidate is a proactive professional with a background in executive support, ideally within the financial services sector. Possessing strong organisational skills, adaptable to change, and excel at handling multiple tasks while maintaining the utmost confidentiality. Excellent communication abilities are essential for building relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders.
