Role: We are seeking an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to the CEO and founder, Joe Andon. This role is done alongside an exisiting EA who is already in the role. This role involves a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Managing the CEO's schedule and keeping the team on track.
- Handling ad hoc administrative tasks as requested.
- Take meeting minutes and distribute to the relevant people.
- Help various departments around the company with various tasks and responsibilities when required.
- Undertaking complicated tasks and occasionally representing the CEO.
- Demonstrating excellent grammar, English and math skills to professionally write letters and respond to important correspondence.
- Reading and understanding contracts; a background in law is advantageous.
- Assisting with physical tasks around the office as needed.
- Being an all-rounder who can adapt to various responsibilities.
- Purchasing daily supplies and items for the CEO.
- Arranging meals or snacks for the CEO and boardroom events.
- Offering tea, coffee, and general care to guests.

Requirements: - Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Is able to work with the exisiting EA in the team.
- Is able to be very flexible in doing new and various tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Background in law or experience with contracts is highly beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks as needed.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
