As the Executive Assistant you will:Coordinate the compilation of Board and Council meetings and papersCoordinate various committees of the BoardProvide secretariat support to the CEO, President and COOCompile and distribute minutesCoordinate with stakeholders for various projectsManage a complex diary, scheduling meetings and appointmentsCoordinate the team for the CEO and other members of the senior management teamOrganise events for the business, both internal and externalCoordinate travel and accommodation arrangementsDevelop and maintain productive working relationships with all internal and external stakeholdersCreate presentations and distribute reportsReceive, assess and manage telephone enquiries from internal and external callersRequired Skills and ExperienceTertiary qualification in business administration or equivalentAt least 3-5 years' experience in an EA/PA roleProven experience in supporting a BoardHigh level attention to detailAbility to forward think and planEnergy, drive and excellent communication skillsAbility to operate within a high-pressure environment, working to tight deadlinesAnticipate emerging and contentious issues and develop effective communication strategiesAbility to motivate, inspire and mentor team membersAre you ready to share your enthusiasm and contribute to our positive and productive culture?
