Global Institutional Banking Coverage (GIBC) sits within IB&M, and leads banking relationship management and the provision of transaction banking, risk management and capital solutions to our clients.
The team's purpose is to provide IB&M clients with solutions across the financing spectrum to support their strategic objectives.
Sustainable Finance and ESG sits within GIBC and works across all sectors and the broader IB&M team to work with our clients on their ESG risks and opportunities, and develop sustainable finance solutions for clients.
Your responsibilities will be as follows but not limited to: Provide efficient, professional delivery of administrative, secretarial and business supportDiary and inbox management - scheduling meetings, managing correspondence and ensuring an effective use of their time. Ensuring daily packs are prepared for manager to review prior to meetingsProviding superior and executive level of support to the team - maintaining a professional approach at all times (both internally and externally) and a high level of confidentialityBudget management & support including reconciliation of monthly invoices and expenses for the teamCoordinating internal/external meetings with clients/stakeholders - including liaising with EAs and arranging meeting room bookingsAssisting with resource onboarding support for the teamArranging travel and itinerariesArranging events/functions/offsites/team building events (including catering where required)Participation in Leadership Team meetings - coordinating agendas/minute takingHelp to drive the team coordination & events for the quarterAdhere to the Code of Conduct. We're interested in hearing from people who have: Previous experience supporting as an Executive AssistantSuperior skills in Microsoft OfficeSuperior verbal and written communicationThe ability to manage workflow, priorities, work well under pressure and be flexibleHigh level of professionalism - face to face, over the phone and through correspondenceSelf-motivated individual, who displays a pro-active style, has exceptional attention to detail and an inherent desire to provide excellent customer service
