Our Tax & Legal team is the business of transformation. We're looking for an Executive Assistant to build strong relationships with clients and their Executive Assistants (EA), supporting multiple Partners with their client engagements within our vast community of solvers.
Use the know-how you've gained in knowledge using Salesforce, Google and MS Office suites. With new problems to solve, you'll have plenty of support and opportunities to grow. We work from anywhere, so your strong communication skills and team ethos will get a workout. You'll learn plenty as you provide executive support for senior leadership and are tech savvy with strong skills in both Google and MS Office suites in a workplace that's human-led and tech-enabled.
As an expert in client relationship and communication skills with a high level of discretion and sensitivity when dealing with confidential matters, you'll solve problems by maintaining client contact information, including client feedback through Salesforce.
In our Tax & Legal team, you'll also;
Build strong relationships with your Partners, client delivery teams and the national EA network across Global Mobility. Harness your organisational skills to effectively manage complex diaries, Partner inboxes, expenses, timesheets and billing management. Proactively plan and coordinate meetings, training sessions, events, conferences and complex travel while anticipating and managing any potential conflicts. Prepare and revise documents including presentations, emails and reports that convey valuable information and reflect our firm's brand. Assist the Partners with team functions and office management. Embrace new technologies and support your Partners and teams with adoption. Other Relevant Skills And Qualifications Strong business acumen with the ability to make sound judgment and quick decisions. Ability to quickly adapt to new technology. Ability to work autonomously as well as being part of a team. Extremely organised and able to multitask and work in a constantly changing and dynamic environment.
