At Beaumont Tiles, we believe in fostering a workplace that encourages growth, collaboration, and diversity. As we grow, we are looking for a skilled Executive Assistant / P&C Coordinator to help shape our people strategy and provide administrative support to our Executive leaders.
Reporting to the National Manager of People & Culture, the responsibilities of this role include:
Coordination and administrative support/diary management for three Executive leaders Provide support to the P&C team across key projects Respond to all general HR enquiries and Office Administration duties Assist with projects and HR administration ad hoc tasks Provide support to the Organisational Development Manager Provide support to the Talent Acquisition Manager Prepare contracts of employment, letters of amendment, correspondence and system access set up for team members Assist the ongoing management and development of staff engagement activities Assist with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities Maintain employee records and assist with any queries The Person
We are looking for a highly motivated person who can quickly learn and develop an understanding of our business. You will have exceptional interpersonal skills and enjoy working independently and collaboratively with the P&C team. To be successful in this position you will have:
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment Willingness to learn with a positive attitude Exceptional communication, time management and multi-tasking skills Strong attention to detail Tech savvy (be the Admin expert of our HR platforms/systems) OUR CULTURE...
