Your Role
As an Executive Assistant/Office Manager, the role supports the CEO and senior management, overseeing administrative functions across multiple offices. Duties and Key Responsibilities Manage calendars for the CEO and senior managers, coordinating meetings across time zones.Office management, including vendor and facilities management and company events.Arrange domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing itineraries.Oversee and manage two administrative assistants, ensuring smooth office operations.Handle expense reconciliation and financial administrative tasks.Provide administrative support, including preparing presentations, letters, and reports.Facilitate communication across teams and coordinate with stakeholders.Enhance office processes for better operational efficiency.Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate is a proactive Executive Assistant/Office Manager with over five years of experience supporting senior executives.
