You will have the ability to handle work in a fast paced environment as well as being able to manage various and conflicting priorities with excellent attention to detail.
You will be a strong communicator, comfortable with stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organisation, with a proven ability to successfully support a dynamic leader.In this role your responsibilities will include:Provide high level support to the General Manager and Leadership team with a high regard for confidentialityExtensive diary management including coordinating and scheduling of appointments and meetings ensuring the General Manager's commitments and KPI's are metPreparation of statistical data and reports as requiredUse of 1SAP to create purchase orders, purchase goods from the warehouse and e-catalogueCo-ordination of site access and visitorsCo-ordination of events and functions including team building days and offsite meetingsVisa & AMEX reconciliationsManage employee and contingent worker movements in Employee Central through Admin KPTRegularly administering and assisting with audits1SAP/SAP reservations and requisitionsFlight & accommodation bookings via Workflow & AEGBT portalAbout YouPrevious experience in supporting senior leadersStrong planning and organisational skills with high attention to detailHigh level verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skillsWorking knowledge with 1SAP highly desirableExtensive knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteExperience using the BHP internal systems including; SAMS Workflow, FLEX, SharePoint and 1D OCAbout Our ProcessAt BHP, we are committed to employing individuals who align with the BHP Charter Values and meet the requirements of the role.
