Executive Assistant - Major Client Group Business Banking

Executive Assistant to 2 x General Managers See yourself in our team: Business Banking (BB) manages relationships with Commonwealth Bank's small-medium enterprise customers, mid-market corporate customers, and regional and agribusiness customers, providing a wide range of financial services and solutions. It also services our personal and institutional online trading customers.
Do work that matters:
As an Executive Assistant within the MCG Business Banking team, you will support the General Manager Corporate Finance and the General Manager Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) and Sustainable Finance and their teams on a regular basis.
This is a permanent full-time role based at our Darling Park offices. We also offer remote working and a flexible workplace. Your responsibilities will be as follows but not limited to: Provide efficient and professional delivery of administrative and business support Diary and inbox management – scheduling meetings, managing correspondence and ensuring an efficient use of their time Assist in meeting preparation, such as any packs or materials that are available for review prior to meetings Coordinate internal/external meetings with clients/stakeholders – including liaising with other EAs and arranging meeting room bookings Arrange events/functions/off-sites/team building events, including catering where required Participate in meetings and coordinate agendas, actions and tracking Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements Process financials, including expenses and invoices and appropriate approvals Adhere to the Code of Conduct which sets the standards of behaviour, actions and decisions we expect from our people We're interested in hearing from people who have: Previous Executive Assistant experience supporting similar leadership teams Superior skills in Microsoft Office suite The ability to work in a fast-paced environment - manage workflow, priorities, work well under pressure and be flexible High level of pragmatic professionalism and strong communication skills – verbal and written Strong events, planning, prioritisation and organizational skills Self-motivated individual, who displays a pro-active style, has exceptional attention to detail and an inherent desire to provide excellent customer service.
