Business Banking (BB) manages relationships with Commonwealth Bank's small-medium enterprise customers, mid-market corporate customers, and regional and agribusiness customers, providing a wide range of financial services and solutions. It also services our personal and institutional online trading customers.

This is a permanent full-time career opportunity located in our Sydney CBD office. As Executive Assistant, you will support two General Managers: Chapter Area Lead, Line 1 Risk and Business Banking Chief Controls Office.
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide efficient, professional delivery of administrative, secretarial and business support.
Diary and inbox management - scheduling meetings, managing correspondence and ensuring effective use of their time.
Manage onboarding of new staff, secondments, staff position, etc.
Manage staff workspace allocations, IT and telephone access.
Provide exceptional executive-level support to the team - being responsive, maintaining a professional approach at all times (both internally and externally) and a high level of confidentiality.
Reconciliation of monthly invoices and expenses ensuring adherence to policies.
Effective management of direct manager/s expenses, procurement, travel, invoices.
Coordinate internal/external meetings with clients/stakeholders - including liaising with EAs and arranging meeting room bookings.
Arrange events/functions/offsites/team building events (including catering where required).
Participate in Leadership Team meetings - coordinating logistics.
Arrange travel, including accommodation, where applicable.
Provide leave coverage for other EAs within the department when required.
Actively contribute ideas/initiatives to support the development of a positive team culture.
Adhere to the Code of Conduct.
We're interested in hearing from people who have:
Executive Assistant/Secretarial/Administrative experience.
Superior skills in Microsoft Office.
Superior verbal and written communication.
The ability to manage workflow, priorities, work well under pressure and be flexible.
High level of professionalism - face to face, over the phone and through correspondence.
Self-motivated individual, who displays a pro-active style, has exceptional attention to detail and an inherent desire to provide excellent customer service.
Please note that this position will mainly be carried out from working in the office. We offer hybrid working with a 50% in-office connection rate.
