Our client A 25 year track record of delivering a range of products and services to investors, advisers and security holders They have $21.1 billion in assets under management The business is centred around property funds management and investment bonds The role As EA to the Head of Portfolio & Asset Management you will be responsible to ensuring the smooth running of the largest team in the business.
It's important to note that where this role does support one Exec, it is very much a role responsible for ensuring full support of wider leadership team of 5/6 people.
Your responsibilities Extensive diary management for the Head of Portfolio & Asset Management and GM Property Management & Office Portfolio Manager, including co-ordination of internal and external meetings Co-ordination of meetings and events for the wider team, including minute taking as required Preparation of agendas and presentations for key meetings Arranging and managing travel, transport and accommodation bookings Processing and submitting of expenses in Concur Management of Property Management Agreements Management of Property Insurance Certificates Schedule and arrange training and maintain the Property Team training register Attend to requests from the compliance team, ensuring adherence with Tri-Line tasks General administration: organisational charts, maintain email distribution groups, SharePoint access approvals, gifts, subscriptions, functions and events Co-ordinate any technology and IT requirements for the Property Team Central point of contact for interstate staff Collaborate with the other EA's to provide support and facilitate workflow Involvement in projects / working groups across the wider business as required The best suited candidate will have Financial, Property or Professional Services experience. They will have worked in a corporate and professional environent and under corporate ettiquette.
The role is centred more around traditional EA support but there is much to get involved in!
Can start immediately / Will also consider candidates with notice periods Must be a Citizen/ or have Permanent Residency Salary max budget at $120,000 inclusive of super - based on the right level of experience.
