What this opportunity involves: We are looking for an Executive Assistant to contribute to the growth of our company. This is an opportunity to work alongside individuals who are united by a strong sense of teamwork, service, and excellence. Every Executive Assistant will have to utilize a unique skill set based on their executive's job functions, personality, and communication style. This client has a positive, diverse, and supportive culture and we are eager to add another strong contributor to our growing Executive Assistant team. This is a part time role, 3 days a week working Tuesday - Thursday. Here's a snapshot of what will keep you busy: Manage daily schedules to ensure executives complete obligations efficiently Coordinate various internal and external meetings, from team to stakeholder sessions Proactively manage calendar based on priorities like customer meetings and project needs Book domestic and international travel adhering to company policy and requirements Interface effectively with employees and executives, recognizing key organizational players Assist with food orders and planning of business-related meetings Handle additional administrative and project duties as needed Sound like the job you are looking for? Discretion with confidential information and clear, thorough communication are essential. Experience in Executive Assistant, Administration or relevant role Excellent attention to detail, organization, and process management Experience with virtual meeting platforms Strong teamwork and relationship management skills Project coordination experience Exceptional communication skills Experience partnering with senior management in fast-paced environment What can you expect from us?
