CSPD is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to play a vital role in our organisation!
In this exciting position, you'll provide high-level support directly to our EGM and collaborate closely with six heads of performance, as well as our Head of Quality & Research.

The variety of this role includes: Contribute and adhere to policies and processes within CSPD Identify and report risks and where possible propose appropriate mitigation strategies Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring security of information in the administration of all duties Coordinating a number of key meetings / events including setting agendas, organising speakers, consolidating slide packs and managing the invites Managing day-to-day diary organisation of Directors appointments and engagements Preparing executive communication, correspondence, meeting documentation and managing email and mail correspondence and tracking Preparing presentations, reports and briefing notes Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring security of information in the administration of all duties Ensuring a high standard of service to internal and external stakeholders Supporting the administration of financial management for the department About you: We're on the lookout for a dynamic professional with extensive experience supporting senior managers!

The successful candidate will: Have a high level administrative expertise in an environment where they are supporting multiple executives or senior team members Have experience in project-style environments, managing deadlines and producing high quality work Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Have excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively and can build strong relationships with key people.
This includes being diplomatic and tactful in all interactions Needs to be a proactive problem solver and a troubleshooter - not a yes or a no person, rather somebody who will say 'how can we work together to get this done?'
