What you'll be doing This Executive Assistant role supports the Emergency Department at Westmead Hospital, providing essential administrative and clerical services. Your responsibilities will include: Managing rosters for medical and nursing staff. Supporting senior leaders with high-level admin tasks. Coordinating meetings and venue bookings. Handling recruitment processes. Making independent decisions confidently. Ensuring efficient office management. Ability to work co-operatively with a wide range of people from varying professions and backgrounds. Experience in preparing papers, arranging meetings, taking and distributing minutes for a range of committees and meetings. Experience in managing diaries for a range of professional staff along with a good understanding of the Registration process for Junior Medical Officers. Experience in using the standard MS Office package (including Word, Excel, MS teams, PowerPoint and Outlook), HPE, Health roster and preferably to have knowledge with Cerner Power chart.
