We have an opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our Investment Management team to provide high-level senior administrative support to our Senior Leadership Team in Funds Management, based in our Barangaroo office on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity to collaborate with our business leaders, contributing to the successes of our committed team here at Lendlease. The role will provide a broad range of senior secretarial and administrative support to Executive/s by utilising knowledge of procedures within the business and broader group. Managing and prioritising all incoming communications and acting as a key contact point is an integral part of this role. You will also be required to prepare correspondence, documents and reports which are typically confidential in nature. A significant part of your role will be to support and facilitate meetings and other interactions with key investors externally and other stakeholders across the organisation. About you Your experience in liaising with senior level executives, as well as having the ability to build rapport with various internal and external stakeholders will see you succeed in this role. As will: Being highly organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks and executives.Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, in particular Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook and Excel.Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.Having a proactive, positive and flexible approach.
