The ideal candidate needs to be enthusiastic, proactive, a self-starter and have the skills to juggle their workload with competing priorities.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping productive working relationships with key contacts internally and externallyDiary management and organisation of fee earnersDocument production including use of precedents and drafting correspondenceOrganising meetings and events internally and externallyMonitoring mailboxes and actioning correspondenceArranging domestic and complex international travel and accommodation, including managing itinerariesBuilding and maintaining client portfolios and reportingReconciliation of corporate AMEX expensesHigh volume file management including file opening and closing and electronic filingMonthly billing in accordance with client requirementsOther ad hoc duties as requiredWhat You NeedWe welcome applications from Legal Executive Assistants with 3-5 years' experience.
