This role has the primary responsibility to provide a full range of business support and administrative services to the Managing Director of Australia & New Zealand/Head of Institutional Business, APAC (ex-Japan).What are the ongoing responsibilities of this position?Effective diary management to Managing DirectorAssist team with arranging complex internal and external client and stakeholder meetingsCoordinate local and global videoconferencing/teleconferencing requests including room bookings, catering, and set upServe as a liaison between the Managing Director, their leadership team and all relevant stakeholdersManage and reconcile monthly corporate card expenses and invoicesAll travel arrangements (domestic and global) including itineraries and visa applicationAssist and arrange complex global international visitor's itineraries and logistical arrangementsPrepare weekly/fortnightly team meeting agendas and logistics including minutes and actions when requiredAssist with the preparation of presentations and client briefing notes ensuring all documentation is completed to a high standardEffectively communicate with external clients and business partners in an efficient and professional mannerProvide support to Event's team on internal/external client functionsMonitor and submit all general office maintenance requests when requiredAct as main point of contact for the office to the team, clients, and internal/external stakeholdersWhat qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful?Minimum 10 years of prior experience in an Executive Assistant roleKnowledge of CRM system is an added advantageAdvanced knowledge in Microsoft Office SuiteA good understanding of the financial services industryExceptional written and verbal communication skillsConfident in communicating with clients and business partners of varying seniorityWell presented, able to demonstrate initiative and clear decision makingDetail focused with strong organisational and time management skillsAble to commit at least 4 days per week in officeAbout UsAt Franklin Templeton, we embrace individual differences and value perspectives brought by global diversity.
