This is a dynamic role where you will manage operations for the Chief Strategy & Growth Officer (CSGO) and Director of Growth & Corporate Affairs (DGCA), fostering relationships across the business and with external stakeholders. You will also help coordinate governance processes and contribute to key business initiatives.
Your proactive contributions will help streamline processes and ensure effective communication, making a real difference to our operations and customer outcomes.
As an Executive Assistant, you'll make a positive impact by: Organising and enhancing the efficiency of the CSGO and DGCA's officeManaging calendars, communications, and travel arrangementsCoordinating meetings with stakeholders and public sector officialsSupporting governance through documentation control and meeting managementAssisting with reports, presentations, and stakeholder engagement plansManaging recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for the teamSerco is a place for you To be successful in this role, you'll have: Experience in executive-level administrative support, ideally with C-level leadersAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel for financial managementStrong communication skills, both written and verbalExceptional time management and problem-solving abilitiesA high level of emotional intelligence and professionalismExperience in report writing and working within complex systemsAs a fast-growing and successful global company, Serco's services span across the areas of Justice, Migration, Defence, Customer Services, and Health.
