About the role:We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Executive General Manager on site at our Coppabella-Moorvale Joint Venture (CMJV) located near Moranbah.
This role will see you providing high level, confidential administrative and executive support to the EGM, including managing and coordinating administrative processes and liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the EGM.
Duties will include: Organise meetings as directed by the EGM including room bookings and catering as required.
Organise off site conference bookings, and maintain spreadsheet of bookings as required.
Coordinate GM travel requirements and accommodation as directed.
Assist with the booking and approval of travel requirements for site as directed.
Assist GM with expense management and approval of SLT credit cards, including reconciliation of credit card for EGM.
Processing invoices on SRM/SAP.
Assist with the management of new SLT members on site including completing forms, organising IT equipment, PPE, inductions etc.
Assisting with onboarding of new employees.
Collation of site Weekly and Monthly Reports utilising established templates and issuing to stakeholders in Brisbane.
Contribute and coordinate selected process improvement activities for CMJV.
Supporting the High-Performance Team Development activities of the SLT.
The lifestyle: This position is offered on a 9-day fortnight, in a Monday to Friday, Monday to Thursday cycle.
The role has flexibility to allow for residential, DIDO from Mackay and surrounds or FIFO out of Brisbane.
