The Role As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations for a remote-working leader.
Your responsibilities will include:
Proactively managing the CEO's emails, calendar, and correspondence, ensuring effective prioritisation and time management;Coordinating domestic and international travel, meeting logistics, and materials preparation;Attending high-level meetings, capturing minutes, and following up on actionable items;Liaising with the Board, stakeholders, and team members to align communications and activities;Accompany the CEO on international trips, providing seamless support during high-level executive meetings and engagements;Board paper preparation.About You To be considered for this position, you will have the following skill set:
