We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join Campus Services, Administrative Division.
The Executive Assistant provides support to the Director, Campus Services, including high-level administration assistance, planning, and office management as well as a wide range of administrative activities, including diary management, correspondence support, event, and travel arrangements.
Confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgment are critical attributes for this role.

Campus Services is responsible for a range of services supporting the activities of the university, including Integrated Transport Services, Commercial and Retail Operations, Campus Planning, QUT Bookshop, Security and Emergency Management, and Travel.
What you need to succeed Education, training, or relevant experience equivalent to completion of an associate diploma with at least two (2) years' subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide confidential executive support, with proven ability to collaborate and communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.Demonstrated digital literacy skills, including the ability to effectively work with the Microsoft suite of products as well as corporate systems and other information sources to extract and interpret data.Demonstrated high-level written communication skills, including the ability to draft meeting agendas and minutes, correspondence, submissions, and emails with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.High-level ability to manage time and tasks effectively, including prioritizing work, meeting deadlines, and balancing competing demands, as well as the ability to embrace change and respond to unexpected challenges at short notice.Life at QUT We're committed to building a culture that fosters connection between people and purpose.
