Job Title Executive Assistant
Job Description Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support our Queensland Valuations & Advisory team. This role will be based in Brisbane and will be pivotal in assisting with the delivery of services to our local and global clients. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior members of the business, ensuring efficient and confidential handling of tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Support to the Valuations & Advisory Team:Manage emails and diary of the Joint State Heads.Provide financial and analytical support.Coordinate executive-level administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing video/teleconference calls.Handle incoming communications and respond to internal information requests.Liaise with HR for employment status changes and manage sensitive information with discretion.Prepare and submit expense receipts for the Head of Valuation and Advisory.Organize meeting agendas and materials, and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.Administrative Duties:Type, format, and produce valuation reports to presentation standard.Order online property searches as needed.Book flight and hotel arrangements for interstate and international travel.Provide general administrative support and manage valuation administration systems.Finance Related Tasks:Serve as the first point of contact for finance queries.Manage debtors and raise client fee invoices through Salesforce.Oversee subscriptions and licenses.General Responsibilities:Model and uphold Cushman & Wakefield's culture and values.Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies.Engage with the Global Occupier Services community and leverage knowledge across teams.Qualifications & Technical Skills: Minimum of 3 years administrative experience, ideally supporting a valuations and advisory team.Strong knowledge of finance-related tasks.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems and InDesign is highly desirable.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain professionalism.Desired Attributes: Proactive with a high level of motivation and attention to detail.Diplomatic and approachable with strong interpersonal skills.Ability to manage and communicate requirements effectively within a team.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
