About the role The Executive Assistant will provide high-level support to the Director, Estate and Built Environment (EBE) and the Director, Centre for Animal Research & Teaching (CART).
The position provides administrative support and project coordination duties as required, in all aspects of planning and operations to ensure the achievement of successful outcomes of projects and initiatives.
Confidentiality discretion and time management are critical components of this position.
About you To be successful in this role, you will have:
Strong organisational and time management skills, ensuring efficient scheduling and task prioritization.Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, to interact with stakeholders at all levels.A proactive and flexible approach, anticipating the needs of senior management and adapting to changing priorities quickly.About the Group The Estate and Build Environment (EBE) group is responsible for buildings/infrastructure, grounds and facility services across UNE properties and is part of the Chief Operating Officer's Portfolio.
EBE consists of the units of Finance and Administration, Capital Development and Operational Services.
