Location - Sydney CBD Ongoing full-time opportunity Salary ranging from $79,032 to $86,539pa. Plus, employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading Your role As Executive Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and seamless communication. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, such as managing calendars and coordinating meetings.
What you'll do As part of the Chief Magistrates Office (CMO), you will deliver high quality executive support and administrative services.
You'll exercise discretion, initiative and confidentiality to support the executive's achievement of organisational objectives.
Contribute to the design, implementation and coordination of administrative practices, business systems and procedures to deliver the required outcomes for the CMO including where required recording financial transactions.
Research and summarise information and prepare a range of documentation as required to ensure the Chief Magistrate and Executive Officer are well prepared to make informed decisions.
You will also screen, review and prioritise incoming telephone calls, emails, reports and electronic files to ensure the management of correspondence reflects the executive's priorities.
What we're looking for Proven experience in an executive support role, ideally within a fast-paced and dynamic environment or the legal sector.
Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands effectively.
A high level of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost sensitivity.
