About the Role With a strong pipeline of projects ahead in the Melbourne Region, BMD Urban are seeking expressions of interest from appropriately qualified candidates in the below roles, who have proven experience in the delivery of civil works projects, land development and subdivision projects.
Excavator Operators Skilled Civil Labourers To build a successful career with BMD, you will be a self-starter, who is committed to ongoing learning and high performance. Across our engineering roles you will be involved in cost forecasting, commercial reporting, liaising with project team members and subcontractors to achieve successful project outcomes, while maintaining the project's quality, safety and environmental objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will need 3+ years' experience in the civil construction industry Experience with reputable local contractors working on civil construction projects ranging in value. Civil works projects, land development and subdivision project exposure will be highly regarded.
