About the Role: The Sales & Business Development Manager will sell the company process and whole package from NPD/formulation to manufacture/packaging.
Drive revenue growth and expand the client portfolio within the skincare, personal care and haircare sectors. This role is centred on sales and new business with a primary focus on client acquisition, relationship building, and meeting sales targets and KPIs. Seeking a highly motivated, sales-minded professional who prioritises new business generation and client engagement. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets/KPIs. Develop new business with existing/new client base and pass to new product development manager for project management. Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitors, and new innovations. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients. Provide regular updates on sales performance and market insights to the Executive Team. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings. Skills & Experience: Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or related. Relevant BD/sales management experience in FMCG, haircare, cosmetic, skincare or related. Knowledge of FMCG manufacturing process and personal care product knowledge. Demonstrated ambition to cultivate and enhance client relationships through exceptional service delivery. Ability to travel domestically and some overseas travel, as required. Ability to work proficiently in Excel, MS-Office and databases MS Access. Excellent communicator, excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to multi-task essential. Benefits/Culture: A generous salary is on offer + car allowance.
