Events & Marketing Coordinator

Imperial Hotel delivers event management with elegance and we are looking for an exceptional individual to join our Marketing & Events team as a Coordinator.
About the role Primarily focused on Events, you will provide administrative support to our Events Executives, as well as assisting in some areas of Marketing. Your responsibilities will include:
Creation and distribution of Banquet Event Orders Preparation of menus, signage and floor plans for all Events Liaison and communication between Events, Food & Beverage department and Kitchen Liaison with suppliers (Internal & External) Hotel site inspections Reporting, filing and internal communications Assistance with Internal Marketing requirements About you Dynamic individual with an ability to efficiently multitask Confident communicator with the talent to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Exceptional written and verbal communication skills High level of proficiency in MS Office suite Excellent time management skills with a strong attention to detail Proven ability in OPERA Sales & Catering desirable Previous experience within a similar 5-star environment preferred Drive for exceptional service which exceeds our guest's expectations Passion and flair for success If you are enthusiastic about delivering an experience that consistently surprises and delights our guests, please apply now.
