Your new role As a Member Experience Coordinator, you will report directly to the CEO and play a crucial role in enhancing our members' engagement journey. This includes attracting, retaining, and engaging members, as well as coordinating a variety of events.
What you'll need to succeed Minimum 2-3 years of experience of coordinating and delivering events in a busy environment. Self-motivated with a passion for continuous improvement. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to write concisely. Proactive and lateral problem-solving skills.
