About the Role   Join our dynamic team as the Evaluation & Reporting Manager within the Education, Experience, and Employability (EEE) Portfolio, where your expertise will make a meaningful impact.
Reporting directly to the Director of Student Engagement, you'll be at the forefront of assessing and reporting on crucial government and project-funded services designed to improve student success and retention and elevate the student experience at our university.
In this pivotal position, you'll craft and implement robust evaluation and reporting frameworks that are essential for program assessments across a diverse range of services and initiatives.
Your collaborative spirit will shine as you work closely with key stakeholders, driving the successful achievement of program objectives while enhancing the evaluation capabilities of service managers.
Innovation is at the heart of our mission, and in this role, you'll develop effective evaluation processes and tools that ensure our services are rigorously analysed.
Your efforts will provide high-quality insights that inform stakeholders, governance committees, and the Australian government, empowering us to enhance our programs and initiatives.

About You    To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:  Evidenced research and analytical skills preferably with a background in statistics, mathematics or economics and the implementation of evaluation frameworks based on Theory of Change/Program Logic Models.
Strong technical skills including programming skills, business intelligence software skills, and statistical software skills.
A thorough understanding of data collection, processing, modelling, analysis and communication as they relate to program effectiveness, operational efficiency, and quality in higher education.
Proven ability to extract and analyse data from complex and diverse data sets and systems and to utilise business analysis tools to develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, dashboards and performance metrics.
High-level of strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain excellent relationships with a diverse range of professional and academic stakeholders.
Qualifications Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications; or extensive experience and management expertise; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
