Their drive is to ensure whatever the project, it is delivered on time, on budget, and to a standard that everyone can be proud of, all the whilst maintaining and building relationships in a respectful manner.The Role:With recent ongoing success and growth, our client is looking for a motivated, energetic, and skilled Estimator/Senior Estimator to join their Estimation team.Based slightly North of the River, this role would see you provide your expertise within a small team, providing you a real opportunity to make a difference and play an integral part in the company's growth plans by assisting and completing full submissions on future works.To be successful you will have:A qualification in Civil Engineering/Construction Management/Quantity Surveying.Experience working as an Estimator on Civil Construction & Mining Projects.Strong negotiation and influencing skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proven history of completing full tender submissions.Perks:Up to $180,000 + Superannuation (DOE)Career development opportunitiesSupportive and flexible team & Senior ManagementStrong pipeline of upcoming work.If you feel your experience matches the person specification, please click apply.
