About the Role An experienced and professional residential Estimator/Scheduler is required to join an established team with a strong background in double story builds. You will have an understanding and experience working within the mid-high end boutique building environment, which is a plus, and be driven by excellence.
Skills & Experience Provide detailed cost estimates and schedule management for construction double story builds. Analyzing plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour estimates. Assessing cost effectiveness of products, projects, or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops. Ability to estimate multiple projects at a time. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. Proficiency with estimating software and MS Office Suite. Minimum 2+ years industry experience within the Perth market of double story builds. Benefits You will be supported through your career with potential progression and job security.
