Job Description Builder & Project(s) A long standing and well recognised Tier 3 builder delivering Government, Community and Commercial projects.Over 20 years of excellence across Victoria with an innovative and driven team.Project sizes range from $500k to $15mil. The Role: Preparing bill of quantities, gathering quotations and scope of works. Detailed take-offs. Read and interpret Architectural & Engineering Drawings. Assist with tendering on multiple projects concurrently. Initially working within a team environment as well as autonomously. Gather and manage the tender documentation. Knowledge of industry standards and prices.

Must Have: Construction related degree. Knowledge and understanding of industry standards and prices. 3+ Years as an Estimator on these types of jobs locally.
