About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Estimator to join a long standing Tier 3 Builder in VIC, tendering for projects up to $30m.
Company OverviewEstimator required for a large, long standing Tier 3 BuilderFocus on public sector workHuge presence across VIC with multiple officesHighly skilled Commercial Estimator required for Mid-Tier Builder working on projects up to $30m in the private & public sector!Work with a close-knit team of highly regarded industry professionalsCentrally located with standout office facilitiesPermanent position with great salary + bonus incentiveThe Role Includes:Assist and play an integral part in the growth of the businessPrepare and coordinate tender submissions & documentationProactively follow-up and maintain communication with clients and subcontractorsProvide competitive but profitable cost estimatesCarry out quantity take offs or produce estimates based on bill of quantitiesYour Requirements:Degree qualified in Construction Management & Economics/Quantity Surveying/Diploma in ConstructionPrevious Estimating experience on commercial projects up to $30m is essentialMust have previous EOI and tender submission involvementVIC based experience & ability to develop key relationships with clients & subcontractorsAble to estimate from first principles and can provide effective cost saving methodsHigh attention to detail and strong work ethic in a team environmentTo apply for the role click "APPLY".
