About the Role We're seeking an experienced Estimator to join a long standing Tier 3 Builder in VIC, tendering for projects up to $30m.

Work with a close-knit team of highly regarded industry professionals Centrally located with standout office facilities Permanent position with great salary + bonus incentive The Role Includes: Assist and play an integral part in the growth of the business Prepare and coordinate tender submissions & documentation Proactively follow-up and maintain communication with clients and subcontractors Provide competitive but profitable cost estimates Carry out quantity take offs or produce estimates based on bill of quantities Your Requirements: Degree qualified in Construction Management & Economics/Quantity Surveying/Diploma in Construction Previous Estimating experience on commercial projects up to $30m is essential Must have previous EOI and tender submission involvement VIC based experience & ability to develop key relationships with clients & subcontractors Able to estimate from first principles and can provide effective cost saving methods High attention to detail and strong work ethic in a team environment To apply for the role click "APPLY".
