About Our Client Our client is a fourth generation family owned commercial and civil construction company who have been in business for over 100 years.
Due to ongoing success and new opportunities, they are looking to add an Estimator to their pre-construction team.
Job Description Key responsibilities will include:
Taking the lead on tender submissions Attending tender interviews Producing Bills of Quantities Mentoring the more juniors members of the pre-construction team The Successful Applicant Selection criteria will include:
Proven track record within the commercial and/or civil building sector Strong relationship building skills with clients, sub-contractors Good understanding of the current sub-contractor market in SEQ What's on Offer On offer:
