The Jamestech Group of Companies are well-respected Electrical Contractors servicing the Mining and Minerals, Oil and Gas industries throughout Australia, PNG, and Abroad.
Jamestech has a need for an experienced projects and maintenance Electrician on one of our Hard Rock Mines in NW Qld. This would be a good start for someone looking to enter a long-term Mining Maintenance Crew.
Electrical Tradesmen (NW Qld)Experience below preferred (though not essential):Electrical Work License (Electrical Fitter / Mechanic or equivalent)Good Overall Electrical Knowledge, LV, HVMine Maintenance & Construction experienceEssential requirements:Excellent Safety CultureFirst Aid CertCurrent Australian Manual Drivers LicenseCurrent LVR & CPRMust be able to complete (or already have):Mine MMQ MedicalNational Police ClearanceDate: immediate start ~ June 2024 (possibly ongoing)
Roster: 8 days on / 6 days off (Wed-Wed)
Accommodation: Mine Camp Accommodation provided with meals
Travel: Ex. Bne, Tsv
