The RoleReporting to the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing the scope, cost estimation, planning, and delivery of a civil portfolio, ensuring projects meet the client's cost, time, and quality expectations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Cost Planner/Estimator who thrives in dynamic environments and is motivated by solving complex challenges to drive successful project outcomes.
You will:
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial budgeting and cost planning to final delivery, ensuring projects stay within budget and meet financial objectives.Contribute to the procurement process by developing project scopes, preparing tender documents, and assisting with contractor appointments to ensure alignment with budgetary goals.Work closely with project managers and construction teams to develop detailed schedules, implement project controls, and manage cost forecasting to keep the project on track.Prepare and manage project documentation and financial reports, track budget status, identify variations, and report on cost control measures to ensure the project remains within scope.Support negotiations with contractors and delivery partners to achieve favourable commercial outcomes while maintaining cost efficiency and meeting quality standards.Maintain continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all project aspects align with cost, schedule, and quality requirements.The Like MindAs an Estimator/Cost Planner, you will help improve project and contract management processes, focusing on cost control and efficiency.

Additionally, you will have the following:
