About the RoleJoin a successful and busy branch in the Estimating and Projects team with InfraBuild Reinforcing as an Estimator.
Based out of Cavan, you will be working closely with Account Managers, Operations, and the Leadership team to ensure delivery of quotes and ongoing customer support across multiple commercial projects concurrently.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:Generate estimates and quotes, based on data from shop drawings, BOM's, and take-offs.Negotiate pricing and margins in collaboration with the manager.Provide product information to customers and Account Managers.Manage orders end-to-end in collaboration with other functions.Identification of solutions and add-on sales.It's important that you are highly customer-focused and thrive in a busy environment.
You will be an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual who has a can-do attitude.
To be Successful in This Role You Will Have:Commercial Estimating experience.Strong communication skills.Experience within the building and construction industry.Proactive approach, passion for customers, and excellent time management skills.Ability to understand your customer's business and offer value-based solutions.Ability to read and understand construction drawings (desirable).Microsoft Office Suite experience.Key BenefitsBelow are some of our key central benefits that are available to InfraBuild employees.
