We are seeking an experienced and driven Estate Manager to lead sales for a highly competitive residential project.

About the Role: As Estate Manager, you will be the central figure in the sales process, utilising your in-depth product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills to craft tailored property solutions.
Collaborating closely with our Sales Directors and Marketing team, you'll leverage insights and targeted messaging to drive sales and meet client needs.
Key responsibilities include:
Seamlessly managing new and existing clients using our advanced CRM system, ensuring an efficient and methodical approach to client interactions.Utilizing relationships with builders to create tailored house and land packages that meet client preferences.Analyzing market data to formulate weekly and monthly estate project reports, enabling proactive sales strategies.Quickly becoming an expert in the Mackay region, gaining an understanding of local market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing structures.About You: The ideal candidate is a personable, team-oriented individual with a passion for sales and a strong drive to achieve results.
With your substantial property industry experience and proven ability to manage clients through the sales process, you will establish yourself as a trusted expert in the region.
Your qualifications and experience will include:
