About the role :
We're looking for an inspiring media and communications strategists. Your mission is to craft innovative strategies that blend creative intuition with analytical insight, delivering tangible business impact. This is a role for a visionary, someone who can generate unique media and communication concepts and inspire teams to turn bold ideas into reality. You will:
Create 'breakthrough' strategies that deliver real business outcomes by combining creative flair with data-driven analysis. Steward the creation of one-of-a-kind media and communication ideas. Inspire those around them (our agency, our clients, our partners) to drive towards breakthrough outcomes. Have a clear understanding of marketing theory and principles, while utilising a range of tools and research to deliver unique insights and a POV. Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure end-to-end excellence, with best-in-class activation, innovation and learning agendas. Attend and facilitate brand planning workshops, and high-level client meetings. Work collaboratively with the Head of Strategy and CSO to enhance our strategic offerings, contribute to new business growth and foster our learning culture. Play an instrumental role in the overall direction, growth, and profitability of Essencemediacom.
