The Alliance brings together the Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP), Metro Trains Melbourne (MTM), V/Line and Arup and Mott MacDonald as design partners.YOUR OPPORTUNITYMcDonnell Dowell are seeking a Communications & Stakeholder Manager to join the team, initially based in Diggers Rest then transitioning to Tarneit West. This role ensures that the project's public profile and our relationships in the community are authentic and thrive. The Communications & Stakeholder Manager will lead the development of communications and stakeholder relations strategies to guide external engagement and support for the project through project delivery.ABOUT YOUAt least ten years' professional experience in communications or stakeholder relations with relevant media or communications qualificationsStrong communications skills both interpersonal and writtenDemonstrated stakeholder communications experience, preferably in a construction, major project or infrastructure environmentCapacity to build positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholdersA proactive approach to identifying stakeholder opportunities and risks, and an ability to identify innovative solutions to complex problemsAbility to develop and mentor staff.Don't miss the chance to work for an equal opportunity employer that appreciates the unique capabilities and well-being of each employee.
